"The NHS has provided generations of care for us all. It is our most cherished public service and is the fairest healthcare system in the world. It is undoubtedly Labour's greatest achievement. As the NHS turns sixty we need to think about how we made that happen and what we need to do in the future to keep the NHS strong for the next sixty years. I want to know what you want to see from the NHS."

Our National Health Service is 60 years old on 5 July 2008, so let’s celebrate one of Britain’s most treasured institutions, that’s touched the lives of hundreds of millions of people. Please take just 60 seconds to lend your support to a service that has been looking after us for 60 years.
