Q10. Should all road users pay road tax? If so, how much should it be for cyclists and how could it be enforced?
Des McNulty MSP says:
"This proposal is totally barmy. If we want to get more people out of their cars and onto bikes then introducing a bike tax would have the completely opposite effect. If the Scottish Government is serious about making Scotland a healthier nation then how on earth does introducing a tax on cyclist help?"
